FAQs

There are no application, account keeping or other fees. Default fees on missed direct debits may apply.

DecaPay allocates approved clients a $5,000 credit limit to pay their suppliers as a revolving credit facility (i.e. as you repay, you can use additional credit limit becoming available).

DecaPay’s algorithm selects the best day of the week to deduct the payments (‘repayment day’). Your first repayment will be deducted on your first repayment day, following the payment made to your supplier. DecaPay will send you a deal offer for each supplier containing the details of the supplier and the 10 repayment dates and amounts. You will be asked to agree to each deal offer by simply ticking a box.

You will repay DecaPay over 10 weekly direct debits.

DecaPay will pay overdue invoices if they are within 60 days of their due date.

A company Director or a sole trader can open a DecaPay account.

To open a DecaPay account, you will be asked to provide your business and personal details, including banking and driver’s licence details.

To open a DecaPay account, your business needs to meet the following criteria:

  • has been operating for at least 12 months;
  • has a minimum annual turnover of $75,000;
  • is GST registered; and
  • has a good credit record.

To set up a DecaPay account without a driver’s licence, contact us at help@decapay.com.au and we can set up an account manually. A passport or Medicare card will be required.

You can pay as many suppliers provided the invoices don’t exceed your combined $5,000 credit limit.

Your supplier won’t know that DecaPay paid the invoice on your behalf. DecaPay will use your supplier account number or the invoice number as a reference and that is all your supplier will see on their bank statement.

Once DecaPay has paid your supplier, DecaPay will send you a ‘Payment Confirmation’ email detailing which invoices were included in the payment. You can forward this to your supplier directly as a Remittance Advice. DecaPay does not send any communications to your suppliers.
